PinCity Participatory Platform Governance Rules

The PinCity platform is moderated by us (AQE advisors, a.s., hereinafter "AQE") and our clients. We manage the site to create a productive and safe environment where people can participate in a project or connect with others without fear or complication.

The application uses (a) an ex-post moderation tool where all content suggested by users of our site is immediately posted and then reviewed by our moderators and partners to ensure compliance with the AQE Governance Rules; or (b) an ex-ante moderation tool where all content must be approved by our moderators before uploading to our site.

In the first case, the user's content is immediately published on the site and subsequently reviewed by the moderators if the form of the embedded content requires it. If the client or AQE encounters a violation of the Terms of Use, the user's content will be rejected and the user will be notified by email. We reserve the right to edit or remove any content that has been published on our site, at our discretion. In some cases, a user may notice that content that was published is no longer on the site. This means that the content has been temporarily deleted until the client or AQE has checked that it complies with the Governance Rules. If the content has been rejected, the user will be notified by email from the client or AQE.

When using the ex-ante moderation tool, moderators are required to review and approve user content before publishing it to the site. Therefore, it is possible that content may not appear immediately to users. Agreement to the Terms of Registration and Privacy Policy is also required before using our site.

Please consider your involvement as an opportunity. It is a chance for you to share your ideas and contribute to the city's sustainability efforts.

Rules for participation

We reserve the right to edit or remove any user uploaded content, which may include but is not limited to:

• Personal attacks on other participants or City staff
• Personal information about participants and city employees
• Use of profanity, disrespectful language or vulgar language
• Comments that may discriminate against the gender, race, religion, culture, sexual preference, appearance, or social background of users
• Links to advertisements or illegal material
• Spamming of comments

Participation Guidelines

• Contribute constructive discussions and comments that respect other participants (one-sided critical comments without a proposed solution may be removed by moderators)
• Post only content appropriate for the general public (including children)
• Make sure to obtain permission to publish photos or intellectual property of a third party
• Do not spam by uploading irrelevant links or reposting your previous comment
• Do not post rude or disparaging comments
