Map of projects

The user of the map has the possibility to get basic information about projects implemented at any place in the city, e.g. near his/her home or workplace. They can communicate their suggestions and at the same time get other sources of information about projects implemented or proposed in the city. The project map page is divided into two parts - a map and a sidebar of strategies, which displays the strategies of the municipality and the suggestions of citizens according to the selected area above the project map.

The basic functions of the map

Scrolling the map is possible by holding the map with the left mouse button and moving it in the desired direction.
The + and - buttons on the keyboard as well as the scroll wheel of the mouse are used to zoom the map.
By pressing and holding the right mouse button, or by pressing and holding the Ctrl key while holding down the left mouse button, you can drag the mouse to change the angle of view.

Filter content on the map

To change the map content displayed, click on the "COMMUNITY STRATEGIES" or "CITIZENS' SUGGESTIONS" button.
You can also use filtering by "TOPIC", "STATUS", or use the "search box" to search directly for text.

Theme - by the assigned themes you can categorize the projects into the area they fall under.
Status - determines the status of the project, whether it is planned, in progress or already completed.
If you enter text in the search field the text will be searched only in the title/name of the project, You can combine all these filters (e.g. all projects under implementation falling under the category Tourism etc.).

New user registration:

• On the home page, click on the Account > Registration.
• In the Name/Pronoun field, enter your Name or nickname under which other users will see you.
• In the Email field, enter your chosen Email address that you have full access to. 
• In the Password field, enter your password.
• Password again, re-enter your password.
• Check the I agree to everything and especially the terms and conditions.
• Click the Register button.
• You will then be presented with the Registration page, which informs you that a check email has been received.

After clicking the link contained in the email, you are successfully registered and therefore free to log out and log in to the system using your Email and password whenever you need to.

Login to the application:

• On the home page, click on the Account > Login
• In the Name/Pronoun field, enter the Email used for registration.
• In the Password field, enter your password.
• Select the Remember option to display the login form, where the username is already pre-populated
• Click on the Login button.
• You are successfully logged in.

Project ratings and comments

The system for rating submissions is based on voting and commenting in favour of individual projects. All logged in users can rate and comment on a project or reply to another user's comment. AQE advisors, Inc. reserves the right to edit or remove any content uploaded by a user that is in violation of the discussion rules.

Citizen project proposals

Any registered and logged-in user of the slavkov.pincity.cz portal can upload a project to the citizen proposals

To insert a new project click on the link you must go to the project map at the top of the screen, then click on the medallion in the right sidebar + FIND PROJECT. Or on the civic proposals tab click on the ADD PROPOSAL box

The link will take you to the map with the form on the right side.

Inserting a new project

• Locations after redirecting to the map will display a dialog box that prompts the user to select a location on the map. The position should indicate where the project is to be implemented.
• In the Project Name field, enter a name for the proposed project by which it will be perceived by a wider group of people.
• Project Classification - select the topic to which your submitted project belongs.
• Estimated amount Budget required to implement the proposals - justified by market research.
• The project description should be as specific as possible about the nature of the project and explain how its implementation will affect the development area in the city and other citizens.
• Photographs - upload a photograph of the site where the project is to be implemented. It will help if you take a wider area around the project site, it is possible to upload more than one photo. Allowed formats for images are JPG., GIF. and PNG.

By uploading a photo or other image material to the portal, the submitter of the initiative grants permission to the organization AQE advisors a.s. and other third parties to use them for the purpose of resolving the initiative or publicizing the project, in all possible ways of use.
