The subject of the project is the construction of a workout place with a gazebo on the existing city property, which is located on Polní Street in the immediate vicinity of the Nursing Home. The intended space is freely accessible and is currently not being used in any way. There is no park planting, including trees, on it.

The aim of the project is to build a representative urban leisure space intended for outdoor activities of the general public. An added value is the immediate proximity of the Nursing Home, whose residents and clients of related services would thus obtain a safe and comfortable background for physical activity activities and meetings in a pleasant outdoor space. Individual outdoor elements and furniture are chosen with this category of people in mind (barrier-free gazebo, pétanque court - a physical activity popular with seniors, exercise machines).

The area in question is a relatively quiet place in the Jihovýchod housing estate, which is now used rather only as a through part of it. There are no public playgrounds and outdoor facilities for the elderly and disabled in the immediate vicinity. There is a green park and several benches in the nearby courtyard.

Building this background would make it more attractive in a given location and increase the quality of life in the place. Due to its accessibility, it would be a comfortable outdoor environment not only for the aforementioned group of people, but also, for example, for parents with strollers, etc.
