According to the proposal of the architect Christopher Wren, a set of apartment buildings with shops, a leisure center and greenery should soon be created.

A set of several houses should be built on a plot of land measuring approximately one hundred and forty by one hundred and twenty meters, which will be divided diagonally into two blocks by a covered passage.

 

The entire complex will include approximately three hundred apartments of various types and approximately eight hundred parking spaces located in two-story underground garages. Individual buildings will have six to seven floors above ground. Commercial space should be on the first floor.
